• Inside bathroom cabinets

  • Remove items, wipe interior shelves, walls, and bottoms, then return items neatly.

  • Not included: Organizing, removing shelf liners, or discarding toiletries/personal items.

General / Whole Unit​

• Baseboards detailed wipe-down

  • Hand-wipe/dust all reachable baseboards throughout the property.

  • Not included: Repainting, repairing, or moving large furniture to reach hidden areas.

• Blinds dusting/wiping

  • Dust/wipe standard horizontal or vertical blinds.

  • Not included: Dismantling blinds, washing fabric shades, or repairing damaged blinds.

Laundry

• Washing/drying linens & towels

  • 1 wash + dry cycle, fold neatly, and place as directed.

  • Not included: Ironing, stain treatment, oversized or overfilled loads that exceed one standard washer’s capacity, homes without an on-site washer and dryer, or any off-site washing, drying, or laundromat services.

• Closet Cleaning

  • Remove items from closet shelves and rods.

  • Dusting & wiping closet shelves, rods, and reachable surfaces

  • Wiping closet doors (inside & out) and handles

  • Vacuuming/sweeping & mopping closet floors (accessible areas only)

  • Removing light dust, cobwebs, or small debris

  • Return items neatly to their original places.

  • Not included: Decluttering or organizing personal belongings, hauling storage boxes/furniture, stain removal, repainting, or repairs

• Balcony/patio cleaning

  • Sweep/vacuum floors (accessible areas).​​

  • Wipe down railing, ledges, and light fixtures.

  • Wipe down outdoor tables, chairs, and small furniture.

  • Remove trash/debris.

  • Not included: Pressure washing, heavy stain removal, or moving large furniture/grills.

• Garage cleaning

  • Sweep/vacuum floors (accessible areas).

  • Wipe reachable surfaces (shelves, counters).

  • Remove trash and bag small debris.

  • Not included: reorganizing, hauling large items, or oil/chemical stain removal.

• Basement Cleaning 

  • Sweep/vacuum & mop floors (accessible areas).

  • Dust/wipe reachable surfaces, ledges, and furniture.

  • Empty trash bins and re-line.

  • Not included: decluttering, laundry, or cleaning unfinished/utility spaces.

• Attic Cleaning

  • Dust/wipe reachable surfaces (furniture, ledges).

  • Sweep/vacuum floors (accessible areas).

  • Remove light debris/trash.

  • Not include: insulation removal, pest cleanup, or moving stored items/boxes.

• Staircase Cleaning

  • Sweep/vacuum stairs and wipe railings/bannisters.

  • Not included: Carpet shampooing, polishing wood, or detailed paint touch-ups.

• Dishwashing

  • Washing all requested dishes, utensils, and cookware

  • Drying or air-drying as preferred

  • Putting dishes away where the customer instructs

  • Wiping the sink and surrounding counter area

• Bulk/Heavy Trash Removal

  • Bagging and removing light household trash and small clutter piles

  • Disposing of boxes, loose items, and small debris

  • Tidying and clearing areas where trash has accumulated

  • Light lifting only — limited to items one cleaner can safely carry

  • Not Include: Heavy items, large furniture, appliances, construction debris, hazardous materials, or anything requiring two people

• Heavy Dirt/Buildup

  • Additional time focused on removing heavy grime, soap scum, grease, or residue

  • Targeted cleaning in the specific areas the customer identifies

  • Specialized scrubbing on surfaces with visible buildup

  • Attention to high-use areas like bathrooms, kitchens, and floors

  • Not Included: Full-home deep cleaning, large-scale restoration, mold removal, or tasks requiring professional equipment
