Condition Levels
Basic Buildup
• Default condition: includes all standard Move In/Out cleaning tasks listed above
• • Property was recently maintained and left mostly clean before move-out
• Light dust on surfaces and little debris on floors
• Kitchens and bathrooms show little to no visible grime
• Small amount of normal household trash
Light Buildup
• Noticeable dust on surfaces from delayed cleaning during packing
• Crumbs or debris on floors from moving activity
• Light kitchen or bathroom grime from normal use
• Small trash accumulation from packing or daily living
Moderate Buildup
• Heavy dust on surfaces or vents after extended living before move-out
• More debris on floors from packing, moving, or daily use
• Visible kitchen or bathroom buildup such as soap residue or cooking grease
• Noticeable trash left behind after the move
Heavy Buildup
• Thick dust and dirty floors from long-term use or delayed cleaning
• Strong kitchen grease or bathroom grime requiring deeper scrubbing
• Large amounts of debris across multiple rooms after the move
• Significant trash needing removal after a rushed move or long occupancy
