Customer service hours: Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Saturday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and Sunday from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. During these hours, customers can ask questions, request information, or receive booking assistance.
Cleaning operations: Performed daily between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Service times may vary slightly depending on the type of cleaning and job size.
First-time customers receive a 10% discount on any cleaning service. Customers who schedule recurring standard cleanings will also receive reduced rates compared to one-time cleanings.
Additional discount opportunities may be offered after completed cleanings, depending on service history and availability.

No. Customers are not charged at checkout when submitting a booking request. Payment is processed after the cleaning service has been completed.
