What are your customer service and cleaning operation hours?

Customer service hours: Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Saturday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and Sunday from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. During these hours, customers can ask questions, request information, or receive booking assistance.

Our automated notification system keeps you informed throughout the cleaning process. You'll receive updates for important appointment milestones, such as when your cleaner is on the way, when they arrive and begin the cleaning, and when the service is completed.

 

Additional notifications may be sent for appointment confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, or other important booking updates. This helps ensure you're always informed about the status of your cleaning service.

Yes. After your first booking, you'll receive access to your customer portal, where you can manage your cleaning services in one convenient location. Through the portal, you can view upcoming and past appointments, reschedule eligible bookings, edit services and booking details, update contact information, manage saved payment methods, view invoices and receipts, and track the status of your appointments. The customer portal is available 24/7, giving you convenient access to your account whenever you need it.

How Do I access my online portal 

Customers can access their online portal by logging in with the email address and password used during booking. The customer portal allows you to manage your account, view past and upcoming bookings, and see which cleaner is assigned to future services.

No. Customers are not charged at checkout when submitting a booking request. Payment is processed after the cleaning service has been completed.

This allows Pro Prep Cleaning to ensure services are delivered as scheduled before charging for the completed work.
